82. מענקים
תיקון: תשמ״ו־2, תשמ״ז־3
הנציב רשאי לשלם לסוהרים מענקים בעד שירותים מיוחדים או ראויים לשבח, אולם תשלום יחיד של יותר מ־100 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לדצמבר 1986) ותשלומים לסוהר אחד המצטברים במשך שנת כספים אחת ליותר מ־350 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לדצמבר 1986) – טעונים אישור מראש מאת השר.
