10. הבאת ראיות
(א)דן יחיד רשאי להזמין כל עד שימצא לנכון ולעיין בכל מסמך הדרוש לבירור התלונה; כמו כן יזמין הדן היחיד, לבקשת הנאשם, כל אדם להעיד בפניו, זולת אם היה סבור שאין בהזמנת אותו אדם להועיל לבירור שאלה הנוגעת לדיון.
(ב)דן יחיד יתיר לנאשם להשמיע את טענותיו, להביא עדים מטעמו, לחקור עדים אחרים ולהביא ראיות אחרות.
(ג)הזמנת עד תהיה בהמצאת הזמנה בכתב לעד או בהודעה בעל פה לעד.
