המבקש לערער על החלטת בית הדין למשמעת המטילה קנס בגין ביזיון בית הדין למשמעת, יגיש את הערעור לבית הדין לערעורים, בהודעה מנומקת בכתב, בתוך 15 ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה.
