46. ניהול פרוטוקול ורישומו
(א)בית הדין למשמעת ינהל פרוטוקול שישקף את כל הנאמר והמתרחש בדיון, הנוגע אליו.
(ב)כתב אישום, מסמכים שהוגשו ושקיבל אותם בית הדין למשמעת וכל תעודה הנוגעת לדיון יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהיו חלק ממנו.
