52. הסכמה בדבר עובדות וראיות
(א)היה הנאשם מיוצג על ידי סנגור, רשאי בית הדין למשמעת לברר עם הנאשם וסנגורו ועם התובע את הסכמתם לשאלות שבעובדה ולקבילות מסמכים ומוצגים.
(ב)בהליך משמעתי של נאשם שאיננו מיוצג, רשאי בית הדין למשמעת לברר עם הנאשם ועם התובע את הסכמתם לשאלות שבעובדה ולקבילות מסמכים ומוצגים, ובלבד שהסביר לנאשם את הדברים, והתרשם כי הנאשם מבין את משמעות הסכמתו.
