59. ביטול הכרעת דין שיסודה בהודאה
התיר בית הדין למשמעת לנאשם לחזור בו מהודאתו אחרי הכרעת הדין, יבטל את הכרעת הדין ככל שיסודה בהודאת הנאשם ויחדש את הדיון אם מתחייב הדבר מן הנסיבות.
