67. סדר העדת נאשם
נאשם שבחר להעיד יעיד בתחילת ראיותיה של ההגנה, ואולם רשאי בית הדין למשמעת, לבקשתו, להתיר לו להעיד בשלב אחר של פרשת ההגנה.
