75. עד עוין
קבע בית הדין למשמעת כי עד שקרא לו בעל דין הוא עד עוין לאותו בעל דין – בין מפני שמסר בבית הדין למשמעת עדות הסותרת את עדותו בחקירה ובין מטעם אחר – רשאי הוא להתיר לבעל הדין לחקור את העד בחקירה הראשית כאילו היתה חקירה שכנגד ולקבוע את סדר חקירתו בידי בעלי הדין האחרים.
