81. גזר הדין ופסק הדין
(א)בתום הטענות לעניין העונש יגזור בית הדין למשמעת את דינו של הנאשם; בית הדין למשמעת יקרא את גזר הדין בפומבי, שופטי מותב בית הדין למשמעת יחתמו עליו וירשמו בו את תאריך קריאתו; ניתן גזר הדין שלא בפני הנאשם, יישלח אליו עותק מפסק הדין.
(ב)הכרעת הדין וגזר הדין יחד מהווים את פסק הדין.
