83. הגשת ערעור
(א)ערעור, בין של הנאשם ובין של הנציב או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, יהיה בהגשת כתב ערעור מנומק חתום בעד המערער או בא כוחו.
(ב)התקופה להגשת ערעור תהיה כאמור בסעיפים 110נ או 110נה לפקודה וכתב הערעור יוגש בחמישה עותקים, לבית הדין לערעורים.
