9. גבייה על פי קריאת מד־מים
תיקון: תשע״א־4
(א)(נמחק).
(ב)חל שינוי בתעריפים בתוך תקופת הצריכה שלגביה ניתנה הודעת חיוב, יראו כאילו התחלקה הצריכה באופן שווה לכל יום בתקופת הצריכה, והצרכן יחויב לשלם לפי התעריף הקודם בעד הימים שלפני יום השינוי ולפי התעריף החדש בעד הימים שלמן יום השינוי.
