14. השגה
(א)בעל מקרקעין או מפעל רשאי להשיג, בכתב, על הוראה או דרישה לפי כללים אלה לפני החברה, בתוך 60 ימים ממועד קבלת ההוראה.
(ב)החברה תודיע על החלטתה בתוך 45 ימים מיום הגשת ההשגה ותיתן נימוקים להחלטתה; בהודעה תפרט החברה את הזכות להגיש ערר על החלטתה לפי סעיף 52(א) לחוק.
