21. עדכון מפקד הנכסים
תיקון: תשע״ט־2, תשפ״ו
בעת עדכון מפקד הנכסים לפי סעיף 30 לכללי חישוב עלות, יופחתו מערך הכינון המלא ומערך הכינון המופחת 92% מהיטלי הביוב, היטלי הנחת הצינורות ודמי ההקמה שהיתה החברה זכאית לקבל בתקופה שמיום תחילת פעילות החברה או העדכון האחרון, לפי המאוחר מביניהם, עד היום האחרון של השנה שלגביה הגישה החברה לאחרונה דוח שנתי.
