25ב. תאגידים הרריים מיוחדים
תיקון: תשע״ז, תשע״ט־2
על חברות המנויות בתוספת השישית יחול סעיף 5 בשינויים אלה:
(1)לגבי חברה שקיבלה מענק מדינה להקמת תשתיות ביוב, עד למועד שתורה לה מועצת הרשות בשים לב לסכום המענק שקיבלה ולקצב הבנייה בתחומה יקראו את סעיף 5(ב) כאילו במקום ”32.8 אחוזים“ נאמר ”19.8 אחוזים“.
(2)יקראו את סעיף 5(ד) כאילו במקום ”35 אחוזים“ נאמר ”15 אחוזים“.
