6. תעריפי דמי ההקמה לחברות השונות
תעריפי דמי ההקמה למטר רבוע שטח בנייה בכל חברה, שחושבו כאמור בסעיף 5, הם אלה:
(1)לגבי נכס שאינו בנוי בצפיפות נמוכה – כמפורט לצד שם החברה בטור 5 בחלק ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה;
(2)לגבי נכס הבנוי בצפיפות נמוכה – כמפורט לצד שם החברה בטור 6 בחלק ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה.
