10ב. עדכון עלויות האנרגיה
תיקון: תשע״ד
מנהל הרשות רשאי, לבקשת חברה, לעדכן את עלויות האנרגיה של מערכת המים ומערכת הביוב של החברה הקבועות בסעיף 10(ב)(3)(ג) ו־(ג)(2)(ג), אם שוכנע כי צריכת החשמל שלה עלתה כתוצאה מהקמת תחנות שאיבה חדשות או כתוצאה מגידול במספר הצרכנים של החברה.
