11ב. עלות להולכת מים המבוצעת בידי אחר
תיקון: תשע״ג־2
(א)עלות הולכת מים המבוצעת שלא בידי החברה, תהיה לפי כללי המים (תעריפים למתן שירותי תשתית) (הוראת שעה), התשע״א–2011 (להלן – כללי תשתית), בכפוף לשינויים האלה:
(1)לא יווספו 10% לחישוב העלות;
(2)עלות הקווים, המצויים בתוך תחום בנוי, יחושבו לפי 160% מהקבוע במחירון;
(ב)לעניין סעיף זה, ”מחירון“ – כהגדרתו בכללי תשתית.
