10. החזרים
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשע״ז
בעל זכיון או בעל רישיון לא יהיה זכאי להחזר או הפחתה מדמי זכיון או מדמי הרישיון, לפי העניין, תמלוגים או כל חלק מהם, בשל ביטול זכיונו או רישיונו, פקיעתו, הגבלתו או צמצומו, או בשל שינוי בתנאי הזכיון או הרישיון; לענין זה, ”דמי זכיון“ ו”דמי רישיון“ – כפי שנקבעו בהודעת המנהל בתחילת הרבעון.
