על אף האמור בתקנות אלה, סכום של 2,534,643 שקלים חדשים שלא שולם בשל דמי זיכיון לחלק משנת 2003 בעקבות הסדר הנושים, לא יישא הפרשי הצמדה וריבית עד יום י״ב בשבט התש״ע (27 בינואר 2010).
