תיקון: תשס״ח
הרשות תעביר לאוצר המדינה את התמלוגים, לאחר קיזוז החזרי התשלומים כאמור בסעיף 53 לחוק אחת לשישה חודשים, באחד בפברואר בגין התקופה שהסתיימה בסוף דצמבר ובאחד באוגוסט בגין התקופה שהסתיימה בסוף יוני.
