תיקון: תשפ״א־2
התחשבנות לספק תיערך בכל שנה במסגרת האימות והבקרת שעושה הרשות הממשלתית למים ולביוב לדיווחי האספקה; התברר כי כמות המים המוכרת לשנה מסוימת שונה מכמות המים שסופקה בפועל לאותה שנה בכמות העולה על 1,000 מ״ק, בין לפי דיווח הספק ובין לפי אומדן שערך מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, יודיע מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לספק המים שסיפק את המים לערוך התחשבנות שנתית לספק לפי הכמויות שסופקו בפועל, לפי קביעתו.
