4. אישור מסמך
אישורו של העתק מסמך יהיה –
(א)בידי האחראי לאיגוד, וכן
(1)בידי רואה חשבונות מוסמך שטיפל במסמך הנפסד במילוי תפקידו, או
(2)בידי עורך דין שטיפל בענין הנוגע למסמך הנפסד,
או
(ב)בכל דרך אחרת המניחה את דעתו של הרושם.
