4. אמצעים לשימושו האישי של האסיר
(א)לאסיר יסופקו, לשימושו האישי במקום המאסר, מיטה, מזרן ושמיכות נקיות.
(ב)שמיכות האסירים יכובסו או יוחלפו בתדירות שתבטיח את ניקיונן.
(ג)לאסיר יסופקו סבון ונייר טואלט בכמות סבירה לשימוש אישי.
