6. זכות להליכה יומית
(א)אסיר זכאי במשך שעה, מדי יום ביומו, בשעות היום, להליכה באוויר הפתוח במקום המאסר; ואולם אסיר שהוטל עליו עונש בידוד לפי סעיף 58 לפקודה, לא יהיה זכאי להליכה יומית במשך תקופת הבידוד שהוטלה עליו.
(ב)מפקד בית סוהר רשאי להגביל את זכותו של אסיר להליכה יומית מטעמים של שמירה על שלומו של האסיר; הוגבלה זכותו של אסיר כאמור, הוא יהיה זכאי לצאת להליכה יומית באוויר הפתוח במשך שעה לפחות פעם בחמישה ימים.
