1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ח
בתקנות אלה –
”הגורם הזר“ – גורם מוסמך מחוץ לישראל או מועצת הביטחון של האומות המאוחדות או מי שהיא הסמיכה לכך, שהכריזו כי חבר בני אדם זר או אדם זר, הוא ארגון טרור או פעיל טרור, לפי העניין, כאמור בסעיף 11(א) לחוק;
”הגורם הממונה“ – עובד בכיר במשרד הביטחון ששר הביטחון מינה אותו לעניין תקנות אלה.
