13. הודעה לגורם המכריז על ביטול הכרזה לפי סעיף 11 לחוק
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)נודע לגורם הממונה כי בוטלה קביעת הגורם הזר לגבי אדם שהוכרז שהוא פעיל טרור או חבר בני אדם שהוא ארגון טרור, כאמור בסעיף 11(א)(1), (2), (3)(ג) או 11(ד) לחוק, יודיע על כך לגורם המכריז, בלא דיחוי, ולא יאוחר משישים ימים לאחר שנודע לו כאמור.
(ב)קיבל הגורם המכריז הודעה בדבר ביטול קביעת הגורם הזר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יבטל את ההכרזה, בלא דיחוי, ולא יאוחר משבעה ימים מיום שקיבל את ההודעה כאמור.
