Section 8 of תקנות המאבק בטרור (הכרזה על ארגון טרור ועל פעיל טרור), התשע״ז–2017, בקשה לביטול הכרזה.
8. בקשה לביטול הכרזה
(א)על הגשת בקשה לביטול הכרזה על ארגון טרור לפי סעיף 7 לחוק יחולו הוראות תקנה 7(1) בשינויים המחויבים.
(ב)על הגשת בקשה לביטול הכרזה על ארגון טרור זר או על פעיל טרור לפי סעיף 13 לחוק, יחולו הוראות תקנה 7 בשינויים המחויבים, ואולם לעניין תקנה 7(2), במקום ”חבר בארגון טרור הפועל בישראל“ יקראו ”מי שנפגע במישרין מההכרזה“.
