5. ניהול רכוש שניתן לגביו צו חילוט
(א)האפוטרופוס הכללי יפעל למימוש רכוש שניתן לגביו צו חילוט חלוט, ולהעברת תמורתו לאוצר המדינה.
(ב)עד למימוש הרכוש כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), או עד להפיכת הצו לחלוט, ינהל האפוטרופוס הכללי את הרכוש באופן העשוי להועיל למימושו, ולעניין צו שאינו חלוט, רשאי הוא לממשו בהוראת בית המשפט, לפי סעיף 34 לפקודת סדר הדין הפלילי, בשינויים המחויבים.
