19. שינויים ביחס לנושא משרה או דירקטור
(א)חדל נושא משרה או דירקטור בחברה לכהן בתפקידו, יפורטו שמו, התפקיד שממנו הוא פורש, תאריך פרישתו, וכן, לפי מיטב ידיעת החברה, אחד משניים אלה:
(1)שהפרישה אינה כרוכה בנסיבות שיש להביאן לידיעת הרשות;
(2)שהפרישה כרוכה בנסיבות כאמור, תוך פירוט שלהן.
(ב)לדוח המיידי תצורף הודעת נושא המשרה או החברה, לפי העניין, על הפסקת כהונתו.
(ג)נתמנה נושא משרה בחברה, יובאו לגביו הפרטים המפורטים בתוספת הרביעית.
