(א)בדוח התקופתי יובאו במקובץ הפרטים והמסמכים המופיעים בפרק זה ויצורף אליהם תוכן עניינים.
(ב)הדוח התקופתי יחולק לשלושה חלקים: דוח הדירקטוריון; דוח שנתי; ופרטים נוספים.
