11ב. פרוטוקול
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)עיקרי הדברים בדיון יירשמו בפרוטוקול.
(ב)פרוטוקול יכול שייערך גם בדרך של הקלטה או באופן אחר שיורה יושב ראש הוועדה, ובלבד שפרוטוקול שנערך כאמור יועלה על הכתב ויצורף לתיק הדיון.
(ג)יושב ראש הוועדה או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך מבין חברי הוועדה, יחתום על הפרוטוקול.
(ד)בסמוך לאחר החתימה על הפרוטוקול זכאי בעל דין לקבל העתק ממנו.
