2. תוכן כתב הערר
בכתב הערר יצויינו –
(1)שם העורר, משלח ידו, מענו והמען להמצאת מסמכים;
(2)פרטי הנכס שבשלו נדרש התשלום;
(3)התאריך שבו נמסרה לעורר תשובת המנהל על השגתו;
(4)הנימוקים עליהם מבסס העורר את עררו;
(5)האם העורר מבקש להתייצב לפני הועדה כדי להשמיע טענותיו.
