3. אופן ומועד מסירת ההודעה
מוכר ימסור לקונה הודעה בדבר העדר ליווי פיננסי באחד מהאופנים האלה ולפי המועד המצוין לצידו:
(1)במסמך נפרד – עד מועד החתימה על חוזה המכר;
(2)כחלק מחוזה המכר – במעמד החתימה על החוזה.
