8. שיקולים לעניין הליכי זיהוי חלופיים
בחוזה ביטוח חיים או בחשבון שבו התעורר חשש להלבנת הון או למימון טרור, ישקול הגוף המוסדי, לפי מידת הסיכון להלבנת הון או למימון טרור, ביטול הקלות, ככל שניתנו לפי סעיף 7.
