14. חובת בדיקה אל מול הרשימה
סוחר באבנים יקרות יבדוק ברשימה במועד העסקה אם מצויים בה שם או מספר זהות של הלקוח, מעביר התשלום, נהנה ובעל שליטה טרם קבלת התמורה בכספים בעד עסקה באבנים יקרות; בדיקה כאמור תבוצע כל אימת שנוסף ארגון או אדם לרשימה.
