2. פירוש
תיקון: 1941, תש״ח
לצורך תקנות אלו:–
”מתקן או בית חרושת“ פירושו מקום שהוכשר במיוחד והמשמש אך ורק לייצורו או להחסנתו של אבק שרפה שחור;
”אבק שרפה שחור“ פירושו אבקת נפץ המכילה מלחמת צ׳ילי (חנקת הנתרן) או חנקת האשלג או גורם תחמוצת אחר המאושר ע״י מפקח העבודה הראשי [במקור: מנהל המחלקה לעבודות צבוריות] או בא־כוחו המורשה, ביחד עם גפרית ופחמי עץ;
”מחסן“ פירושו בנין המשמש להחסנתם של אבק שרפה שחור ושל חמרים המשמשים לתעשית אבק שרפה.
