2. פירוש
לצורך תקנות אלה –
”מיתקן או בית חרושת“ פירושו מקום שהוכן במיוחד והמשמש אך ורק לייצור, לייבוש, לטחינה, לאריזה או להחסנה של כלורת האשלג;
”כלורת האשלג“ פירושה תרכובת כימית של כלורת האשלג וחמצן שנוסחתה בכימיה היא KClO3 והיא בין בגבישים ובין באבקה;
”מחסן“ פירושו בנין המשמש להחסנת כלורת האשלג.
