14. תיקון תובענה על ידי בית הדין
בית הדין רשאי בכל שלב מהשלבים שלאחר פתיחת הדיון, לפי בקשת התובע, לתקן תובענה, להוסיף עליה ולגרוע ממנה אלא שאם על ידי כך עשוי הנאשם להיות מקופח בהגנתו – יתן לו הזדמנות סבירה להשמיע את טענותיו, ותיקון לפי תקנה זו יעשה בגוף התובענה או יירשם בפרוטוקול.
