32. פרשת התביעה
אם לאחר תשובת הנאשם מוטלת על התביעה חובת הוכחה, יפתח התובע בהבאת ראיות לאישומים בהם כפר הנאשם, אולם רשאי הוא, לפני שיביא ראיותיו, לומר דברי פתיחה לתובענה.
