34. פרשת ההגנה
סיים התובע הבאת ראיותיו ולא זוכה הנאשם מכח טענה כאמור בתקנה 33, רשאי הנאשם להביא ראיותיו ורשאי הוא לפני שיביא ראיותיו לומר דברי פתיחה.
