45. זכות חקירה
(א)בית הדין רשאי לחקור עד בכל שלב משלבי מתן עדותו ולערוך עימות עדים.
(ב)נקרא עד להעיד מטעם בית הדין, תינתן לבעלי הדין הזדמנות לחוקרו חקירה שכנגד בסדר שיקבע בית הדין.
