54. הוצאות הגנה מאוצר המדינה
בקשה לתשלום הוצאות ההגנה לפי סעיפים 162 או 163 לחוק תוגש לבית הדין מיד לאחר קריאת הכרעת הדין ואם לא נקראה בפני הנאשם – תוך שבעה ימים לאחר המצאתה לנאשם.
