61. ערעור לבית הדין
ערעור לבית הדין לפי סעיף 167 לחוק (להלן בפרק זה – ערעור) יוגש בהודעה בכתב בארבעה עתקים למזכירות בית הדין, תוך שלושים יום מיום שניתנה ההחלטה על ידי הקברניט או המפקח, אם ניתנה בפני הנידון, או מיום שהומצאה לו החלטת הקברניט או המפקח, אם ניתנה שלא בפניו; התובע יגיש את הערעור כאמור תוך שלושים יום מיום שהומצאה לו החלטת הקברניט או המפקח.
