71. הרשעה באישום שונה
בית הדין רשאי להרשיע נאשם בעבירה שונה מזו שהורשע בה על ידי הקברניט או המפקח, ובלבד שאשמתו בה מתגלת מן הראיות וניתנה לו הזדמנות להתגונן.
