8. תובענה חדשה בהפרדת הדיון
הורה יושב ראש המותב או בית הדין על הפרדת הדיון, יקבע אם תוגש תובענה אחרת בשל האישום שהדיון בו הופרד או נגד נאשם שדיונו הופרד, אם לאו.
