80. הערעור ישמע בפני בעלי הדין
שמיעת הערעור תהיה בפני בעלי הדין; אם לא התייצב אחד מהם, רשאי בית המשפט לימאות לשמוע את הערעור שלא בפניו, אך אם המערער הוא שלא התייצב, רשאי בית המשפט לדחות את הערעור מטעם זה בלבד.
