19. הנהלת חשבונות
(א)האפוטרופוס הכללי ינהל חשבון כולל לנכסים הנכללים בכל פרטה, ויפורטו בו התקבולים והתשלומים המתייחסים לכל נכס, ובכלל זה רווחיו והפסדיו בהשקעה משותפת על פי סעיף 10(ה) לחוק והוצאות ניהולו על פי סעיף 12(א) לחוק.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”נכס“ – לרבות מספר נכסים מאותו סוג, כגון כלי בית, שבעדם נתקבל או שולם סכום כולל אחד.
