21. בקורת החשבונות
החשבונות יבוקרו לפחות אחת לחמש שנים וכן לפני סיום ניהולו של הנכס; הבקורת לפני סיום הניהול תיעשה בידי רואה־חשבון שייקבע בידי האפוטרופוס הכללי.
