25ב. סייג לתשלום כספים מנכס
תיקון: תשע״ז
פעולה לפי פרק זה או פעולה אחרת הכרוכה בתשלום כספים לשם ביצוע פעולות בנכס, תיעשה רק לאחר ששוכנע האפוטרופוס הכללי, לאחר בחינת התועלת שתצמח מביצוע הפעולה אל מול הסיכונים הכרוכים בה, כי יש בה כדי להועיל למעוניין בנכס כאמור בסעיף 9 לחוק.
