6. בקשת צו ניהול ע״י האפוטרופוס הכללי
(א)בקשת האפוטרופוס הכללי לצו ניהול תוגש לבית המשפט לפי –
(1)טופס 1/א, כשעניינה הוא הנכסים העזובים בעזבונו של פלוני שנפטר;
(2)טופס 1/ב, כשעניינה הוא נכסיו העזובים של פלוני הנעדר;
(3)טופס 1/ג, כשעניינה הוא נכס שלא ידוע מי בעליו.
(ב)לבקשה יצורף עותק מכל כתב התנגדות שנתקבל בהתאם לתקנה 5, והעתק ממנה יישלח לכל משיב.
